But what stood out the most was the compassion shown by the nursing staff. My mom has difficulty walking and needed help even for small things like going to the restroom or turning in bed.
Not once did the nurses hesitate or show any frustration. They handled her with so much patience and care, like they were treating their own family member.
Usually in hospitals, we feel like just another case. But here, they made us feel seen and cared for. Even during odd hours, the nurses responded immediately when we used the call button. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in safe hands.
Also, I really want to appreciate the cleanliness of the hospital. Every morning, housekeeping came in to clean the floors, change the bedsheets, and make sure everything was in order.
The bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day, and we never once had to complain about smell or hygiene. The rooms were tidy and airy and the whole hospital gave off a positive vibe.

She had come for an ortho-related problem and was under the care of Dr. Sivakumar.
From the very first day, the doctor was kind, soft-spoken and took his time to understand her condition properly. He explained everything clearly — no rush, no confusion.
But what stood out the most was the compassion shown by the nursing staff. My mom has difficulty walking and needed help even for small things like going to the restroom or turning in bed.
Not once did the nurses hesitate or show any frustration. They handled her with so much patience and care, like they were treating their own family member.
Usually in hospitals, we feel like just another case. But here, they made us feel seen and cared for. Even during odd hours, the nurses responded immediately when we used the call button. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in safe hands.
Also, I really want to appreciate the cleanliness of the hospital. Every morning, housekeeping came in to clean the floors, change the bedsheets, and make sure everything was in order.
The bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day, and we never once had to complain about smell or hygiene. The rooms were tidy and airy and the whole hospital gave off a positive vibe.
